Guest Services / Concierge
Concierge service is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. The concierge would be pleased to make arrangements regarding golf, tennis, sightseeing tours, auto rental, boat rental, travel information and maps, fishing, sailing, theatre, local night life and more.
Laundry / Valet
Laundry lists and bags are provided. Garments received before 7:30 a.m. will be returned the same day; except on weekends. Otherwise next day service is provided.
Pet Policy
We are sorry, the Inn cannot allow pets.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Guests enjoy complimentary use of a safe deposit box at the Front Desk.
Smoking Policy
All indoor areas of the Inn are 100% smoke-free.
A 15-minute drive from downtown Portland, the Black Point is a Maine classic. Situated on 9 acres on a point with views along the coast both north and south, the inn was built as a summer resort in 1873, in an area enshrined in some of the work of noted painter Winslow Homer.
