The Black Point Inn offers 25 spacious guestrooms and suites, all with private bath, ocean or bay views and many with private decks and all-weather wicker furniture. There is a private outdoor heated swimming pool and the Inn with it's manicured grounds is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. Each guest room offers its own unique character with individual furnishings and interesting architectural detail.
Guestrooms and suites offer King and Queen beds, often with additional Twin bed for greater flexibility. Many have the option of pullout sofa bed with room for cots. Our guestrooms, in-room massage, and recreation facilities are ideal for Maine Coast romantic getaways.- In-room Amenities include: Color televisions with cable service

Please note, all rates are quoted per person Modified American Plan and include full breakfast and dinner daily. Rates do not reflect Maine State Sales Tax or Guest Service Charge and are based on double occupancy.
The Inn will open for the 2008 season on May 9, 2008.
A 15-minute drive from downtown Portland, the Black Point is a Maine classic. Situated on 9 acres on a point with views along the coast both north and south, the inn was built as a summer resort in 1873, in an area enshrined in some of the work of noted painter Winslow Homer.
